TEAM
Winemaker/Manager Johan Rossouw (BSC Agric
Stellenbosch) has 31 years experience in the wine industry, Winemaker/Manager Bennie Wannenburg (Viticulture and Wine Technology Elsenburg, Stellenbosch)
has 15 years experience as winemaker and there are other winemakers and assistant
winemakers at the individual production units.
Renowned Swiss wine maker and previous owner of the Grilette Winery in
Switzerland, JC Martin, also joined our team in February 2006.
Our viticulturist, Pierre Snyman (MSC Agric, Stellenbosch) works closely with the producers and ensures that the correct viticultural
practises are in place. |
