Winemaking Philosophy

A dynamic winemaking team

Overhex Wines International has built lasting relationships with a select number of top growers. Being able to select our grapes from a wide variety of top vineyards all over the Cape Winelands results not only in a kaleidoscope of flavours, but also allows for a freedom of style seldom found in conventional wine portfolios.

Our well-defined production values ensure that our motto of ‘Quality is Everything’ remains firmly entrenched. Only the finest grapes are vinified under the watchful eye of our internationally acclaimed winemaking team to result in wines of superb quality.

Our knowledgeable team of viticulturist, Dirk Bosman, and winemakers Ben Snyman and Willie Malan source specially selected grapes from a variety of farms in the diverse wine regions of the Western Cape. According to Snyman this diversity ensures complexity in the cellar.
