Winemaking philosophy
A dynamic winemaking team.
Overhex Wines has built lasting relationships with a select number of top growers throughout South Africa’s winelands. Being able to select our grapes from a wide variety of carefully selected vineyards all over the Cape Winelands results not only in a kaleidoscope of flavours, but also allows for a freedom of style seldom found in conventional wine portfolios.
Only the finest grapes are vinified under the watchful eye of our internationally acclaimed winemaking team, which results in wines of superb quality.
Our knowledgeable team sources grapes from selected vineyards in the diverse wine regions of the Western Cape. According to head winemaker Ben Snyman, this diversity ensures complexity in the cellar.
